APPROVED OWHA ROSTERS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OWHA APPROVED ROSTERS ~ TEAM MANAGERS PLEASE READ....
Teams, please note that we will require your APPROVED OWHA ROSTER at registration (before your first game).
The process to obtain your Approved OWHA Roster is Your Home Association's responsibility to provide you with the means and access to this form.
At a very high-level, these are the steps to obtain your team's Approved OWHA Roster:
1. Your Home Association should have already provided you with the OWHA Team Waiver form.
2. This form is to be signed and returned to either your Association or directly to the OWHA (please ask your Association).
3. Once the OWHA has reviewed your Waiver Form, they will Approve your Team Roster. (NYS Tournament organizers have NO WAY of knowing what teams are approved or not).
4. YOUR ASSOCIATION REP must deliver to you a copy of the Official APPROVED OWHA TEAM ROSTER. This is the form you will take with you to tournaments. Please make a copy to leave behind.
Note: We will NOT accept OWHA Waiver forms. We MUST have a copy of the APPROVED OWHA ROSTER.
If your team has not completed Steps 1 and 2 yet, then you need to do this ASAP.
All Pick-Up and Consent forms must be submitted as well, if required.
